WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

There are no returns. All sales are final. We do issue refunds, replacement fish and store credit towards a future order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

You will receive your order the day following your selected shipment date.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, SOB Exotics does not ship worldwide. We do ship overnight to all states for FREE (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). If you are located in one of the excluded states, email us and we will apply a shipping charge to your order. Due to certain laws for specific species, some locations restrict us to ship into their state. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Make sure to Contact Us immediately with an email wishing to cancel your order within one week of the scheduled shipment date in order to qualify for store credit towards a future order.
